About Me

Introduction

I'm Parth Shandilya, a Senior AI Engineer at Kadoa, an AI platform that turns unstructured web data into production-ready pipelines. I lead the forward-deployed side: the operational core, where the product meets the customer.

My job is to keep workflows healthy and make operations agentic, so most issues resolve themselves. My approach: document everything, keep things simple, automate the rest.

Over 6 years across CERN, open source, and startups, I've moved ideas from prototype to production with ownership at every step.

On the research side: I trained medical image segmentation models under differential privacy for my master thesis (University of Basel), and researched how LLMs and VLMs understand time-series data at ETH Zurich's Computer Vision and Learning group.

Beyond the tech world, I'm passionate about mixing music, reading books and clicking moments. This website aims to share my journey, insights, and lessons learned. I hope you find something valuable here for yourself.
